The Nuggets took a 40-37 lead after the first quarter, with Aaron Gordon making 19 of those.

In the second quarter, the Thunder fought back to take the game to 66-60 with Ajay Mitchell, Isaiah Joe and Shai Gilgeous proving decisive.

This lead was cut to three points as the Nuggets fought hard, but the third quarter ended 96-93 in favour of the Thunder.

The final quarter was tense and fiesty, as both sides fought hard for the points.

It was all square [126-126] towards the end of the fourth quarter as Nicola Jokic netted a three pointer, and Jamal Murray scored a free throw, but Shai Gilgeous Alexander stepped back and hit a three pointer to seal the win for the Thunder, with two seconds on the clock.
