Iraola Frontrunner for Liverpool Job
The Spaniard recently parted ways with Bournemouth, but is now the main favorite to coach Liverpool.

Tommy Elphick Connection
Not a single contact has been made by Liverpool about a potential coaching staff that could be working alongside Andoni Iraola. However, he definitely wants to bring Tommy Elphick with him to Anfield.
Elphick has reportedly not been in any talks with the club yet, although he would definitely consider the role.
According to the BBC, Elphick rejected the chance to manage Bristol City last week in order to explore his other alternatives.
Iraola’s planned reunion with Elphick may not be unconnected to his reputation for drilling rugged, highly-disciplined backlines.
With the expectation of aggressive, front-footed attacking football, Elphick would add excellent analytical depth to Iraola’s coaching crew at Liverpool if he eventually lands the job.
Richard Hughes’ Supervision
The recruitment of new head coach for Liverpool will be done under the supervision of Richard Hughes, sporting director at the Merseyside outfit.
Hughes did work directly with Iraola at Bournemouth before they both crossed paths on the market this summer.
