New York Knicks executive vice president of basketball operations Gersson Rosas has parted ways with the team after spending four seasons at the helm, Yankee Scores reports.
League sources told ESPN on Monday evening.
The executive previously worked in the organizations of the Houston Rockets and the Minnesota Timberwolves prior to joining New York in 2022. He was among the Knicks’ executives who assembled the roster which went on to capture the NBA championship in June over the San Antonio Spurs.

Rosas posted a picture featuring Knicks president Leon Rose and senior adviser William “Worldwide Wes” Wesley with an Instagram caption saying, “Mission Accomplished. On to the next chapter.”
The two were the ones calling the shots in the Knicks franchise before Rosas joined the team, going on to get promoted to the position of executive vice president of basketball operations.
