Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Mark Muncy against the Milwaukee Brewers set the all time record for the most stadium home run at the Dodgers stadium
Muncy on Thursday hit his 131st career home run at Dodgers stadium, surpassing Erik Karros who had 130. Karros initially set the record after playing 12 seasons with the Dodgers from 1991 to 2002. Before Karros, the record was held by Ron Cey who had 123 stadium homers

Mark Muncy tied Karros’ 130 home run record on July 28, 2026, against the Seattle Mariners before moving ahead on Thursday against Brewers. According to Yahoo Sports, the home run was the 237th of his career and his 23rd this season behind only Shohei Ohtani who has 27
Dodgers signed Muncy to a minor league contract in 2017 after being released by Oakland Athletics before making his big league debut in 2018. Muncy is a 3-time MLB All-Star (2019, 2021, 2026), 3x World series champion (2020, 2024, 2025), 2021 Golden Glove Finalist and was inducted to the Baylor Athletics Hall of Fame in 2023
After securing the win in the opening game of the series, the Dodgers will look to extend their advantage as the series goes on
