Steve Kerr finally reached win No. 600, a landmark moment that places him among the fastest coaches in NBA history to achieve the feat, Yankee Scores reports.
The Golden State Warriors snapped a five-game losing streak with a 125-117 win over Washington, giving Kerr his 600th career victory. He achieved the milestone in his 943rd regular-season game, trailing only Phil Jackson (805), Pat Riley (832), and Gregg Popovich (887).
Reflecting on the achievement, Kerr admitted: “It’s surreal to hear my name in that group, but I can tell you that one thing that bonds us all together — those names and mine — is talent. You can’t win in this league without great players, and I was blessed from the day I took this job with incredible talent.”

Golden State’s recent struggles have been compounded by injuries to Stephen Curry and Jimmy Butler, leaving the team fighting for play-in positioning. However, Draymond Green and Kristaps Porzingis returned to the lineup after resting against New York.
