Former AC Milan manager Clarence Seedorf has emerged as the new head coach of Corinthians—his first management role since 2019.
Seedorf replaces former manager Fernando Diniz, who was dismissed after the Brazilian outfit went on a seven-game losing spree.
Seedorf’s last coaching stint was with the Cameroon national team, following disappointing spells at AC Milan, Shenzhen FC, and Deportivo La Coruña.
“Taking on this challenge is an honour, but also a huge responsibility. I am here to give my all and build a team that fights for every ball, every minute, every victory,” said Seedorf of his Corinthians appointment.
