Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes, with 21 assists, has broken Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne’s record for most assists in a single Premier League season.

The Portuguese midfielder who tied the record during Manchester United’s 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest won the Premier League Player of the Year award on Saturday.
