Spanish midfielder Rodri has been unveiled at Barcelona after securing a £65m move from Manchester City.
Since he left Atletico Madrid in 2019, the 2024 Ballon d’Or winner has now put pen to paper for a four-year deal.

A Storied Etihad Legacy
The 30-year-old left City after seven years at the club, having played 298 games and winning 12 trophies, four Premier League titles, two FA Cups, three EFL Cups and the Champions League in 2023, per BBC Sport.
His last two years have been hampered by injury, but he ended those injury woes during the recent World Cup, where he won the player of the tournament award after Spain won their second World Cup.

“I am leaving the club with great pride in what we have achieved together and gratitude for all the wonderful memories,” he said in a goodbye message to City supporters.
“What we have done together in these years is something both very special and unforgettable.
“City didn’t just make me a grow as a player. They made me grow as a human. I saw my brother graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University. I could see my girlfriend working for the NHS. Manchester shaped my whole life.”
