Wolves striker Tolu Arokodare led to training being cancelled after refusing to leave the pitch, Yankee Scores reports.
The 25-year-old is believed to have sat down and demanded the club let him move to Fiorentina, with Wolves rejecting a bid from the Serie A club after accepting an offer from Turkish side Trabzonspor.
Arokodare’s actions led to new boss Cesar Peixoto ending the session on Monday, per BBC Sport.
Arokodare will miss Wednesday’s friendly at Maidenhead United as Wolves continue their pre-season plans.
The latest incident is another flashpoint in the forward’s career at Molineux after he was disciplined in April after a confrontation with young forward Mateus Mane.
Arokodare transferred from Genk for £24 million in last summer but managed to score only three goals in the league as Wolves finished bottom in the league table and got relegated.
And now, the case poses an early problem for Peixoto a couple of weeks after taking up the reins of the club after the surprising sacking of Rob Edwards.
Peixoto at the age of 46 years was once capped for the Portuguese national team and will be keen to get Wolves back in the Premier League straight away.
