The Baltimore Ravens have agreed to terms with former Cincinnati Bengals pass rusher on a four-year contract, Yankee Scores reports
The deal comes just hours after the team’s pursuit of Maxx Crosby collapsed, giving Baltimore another elite option off the edge.
Contract details revealed
The Baltimore Ravens have agreed to terms with Trey Hendrickson on a four-year contract, according to NFL Network and Hendrickson’s representatives at NSA Football.
Hendrickson’s contract is worth $112 million, with incentives pushing the total value to $120 million. The agreement includes $60 million fully guaranteed and a $20 million signing bonus. In addition, Hendrickson can earn $500,000 for reaching sack thresholds of 8, 10, 12, and 14 in a season.
Staying in the AFC North
By joining the Ravens, Hendrickson remains in the AFC North and will now face Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals twice each year. The move adds intrigue to one of the league’s toughest divisions, where Hendrickson has already established himself as a disruptive force.

Ravens pivot quickly
The timing of the deal is notable. Roughly 13 hours after the Crosby trade fell apart, Baltimore secured Hendrickson, ensuring they did not miss out on adding a Pro Bowl-caliber pass rusher. The Ravens’ front office acted decisively to strengthen a defense that thrives on pressure.
Looking ahead
For Hendrickson, the contract represents both financial security and a chance to elevate Baltimore’s defense. His arrival gives the Ravens another proven playmaker, while his incentives provide motivation to maintain elite production. With Hendrickson in the fold, Baltimore’s defensive front looks poised to remain among the NFL’s most feared.
