Veteran cornerback Fabian Moreau is returning to the place his NFL career started, Yankee Scores reports.
Moreau has decided to rejoin the Washington Commanders, the team that drafted him out of UCLA in 2017, according to NFL’s Mike Garafolo

Moreau played our seasons in Washington from 2017-2020, participating in 60 games with 18 starts and amassing 125 tackles and six interceptions during that span.
Since then, he’s had a well-traveled career with stops with the Atlanta Falcons and New York Giants, plus the Denver Broncos and most recently the Minnesota Vikings.
Moreau, who is entering his 10th season in the NFL, provides durability and experience to a Washington secondary that needs depth and experienced leadership.
The Commanders have a corner who can either play a rotating role or be an insurance if the club gets hit by injuries.
It’s a full-circle moment for Moreau. The cornerback who arrived in Washington as an injured rookie attempting to prove he was worthy of being a first-round pick is back now as a veteran, seeking to provide stability to a defense in transition under its new coordinator.
