Baltimore Ravens head coach Jesse Minter has named a new star at quarterback after reports that Tyler “Snoop” Huntley has been ruled out for the season.
Huntley suffered a serious injury to his toe and has been ruled out for several months, sparking fresh concerns for the entire team.
Recall that the 28-year-old was brought in after impressive star Lamar Jackson exited the first offensive following an injury to his right thumb.
Jackson will now be added to the injured reserve as he is expected to undergo surgery, with his status also uncertain.
Fagnano set for Jaguars’ clash
As a result, underdraft rookie Joe Fagnano is expected to start on Thursday night when they take on the Jacksonville Jaguars at M&T Bank Stadium.

Further reports have it that Huntley is set for further medical tests to his right toe, following a knock during their 36-10 loss to Buffalo, per CBS Sports.
Former UConn quarterback Fagnano entered the season as the emergency No.3, and Minter is set for showdown talks with him.
The star has shown glipses of greatness as he completed 10 of 21 passes during his NFL debut against the Bills, with just one interception.
Ravens have struggled this season as they sit 4-4 after three consecutive loses ahead of a short week against an in-form Jaguars’ side.
The Baltimore-based outfit recently bolstered the squad with the arrival of Kedon Slovis from Green Bay Packers’ practice squad as well as Austin Reed.
Fagnano who recently suffered bumps and bruises impressed during the preseason and he will be the centre-figure for their upcoming game.
